The resort has a total of 2,810 rooms spread between the Jubilee and Resort Towers, and a host of amenities. Linked via a promenade to its sister property Paris Las Vegas, Horseshoe Las Vegas, formerly Bally's Las Vegas has been a fixture on the Las Vegas Strip since December 4, 1973, when it originally opened as the MGM Grand Hotel. It has survived the pattern of demolishing old casinos to make way for newly designed ones.
